What is "Chase U"?
"Chase U" is a safe and efficient strength training program with cardio training. It's is a 4-week an online educational strength program made for men and women who are looking to recommit to fitness or to start their fitness journey.
The program is designed for men and women looking to lose over 20+ lbs, lose body fat, gain lean muscle mass, and feel more confident about themselves.
What to expect with "Chase U" 101?
For "Chase U" 101, you will need a pair of dumbbells, resistance bands, and a yoga mat.
4 weeks. You will have strength training 3 times a week with short High-Intensity Interval Training Circuits. Also, 2 days of low-intensity cardio workouts.
What will I receive?
4 weeks of the online educational strength training program.
- 5 days a week of full programming: 2 upper body, 1 lower body, and 2 cardio days.
- Full access to a Certified Personal Trainer (myself), who will be there to help assist you and answer any questions you may have.

- Free access to a user-friendly application accessible from your cell phone.
- Full instructional videos.
- Full access to a Facebook accountability community, with real people who relate with you and understands you.
- Weekly Check-ins with your coach (myself), helping and answering any questions you may have.
